What is velveteen?

The velveteen is woven by raising fabric and then finished by cutting. The appearance of velveteen is dense, flat, erect and glossy. The warp and weft yarns of modal velveteen are all made of superior cotton yarn.
Modal velveteen fiber is pure man-made fiber, which is cellulose fiber like cotton. It is made of wood slurry made from shrubbery in Europe and then made by special spinning process.
Modal velveteen knitted fabric is mostly used in underwear production, which has very good softness and hygroscopicity, and its fabric stiffness is poor.
